B.Tech (Engineering) Admission to NSUT Delhi is done through JEE Main entrance exam and the counselling conducted by JAC (Joint Admission Committee) New Delhi.

To participate in the JAC Counselling you should have minimum 60% or more in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and should have passed English (Core or Elective) as compulsory subject in Board Exam or Std. 12^th Exam.

If you are from Delhi, then it’s good news for you because 85% seats at NSUT are earmarked for Indian National belonging to Delhi region and the rest 15% seats are for Indian National belonging to outside Delhi region.

Delhi Region Candidates

If your school or college from where you have passed or studying 10+2 or Std. 12^th or the qualifying examination is located within the National Capitol Territory (NCT) of Delhi, then you will be considered for Delhi Region Only.

Outside Delhi Region Candidates

If your school or college from where you have passed or studying 10+2 or Std. 12^th or the qualifying examination is located outside the National Capitol Territory (NCT) of Delhi, then you will be considered as Outside Delhi Region Only.

👉If you are studying or have passed 10+2 or Std. 12^th or qualifying examination from NIOS or Patrachar Vidyalaya Delhi, your candidature will be considered based on the location of your centre of examination.

For Example: If your centre of examination is located in the NCT of Delhi, you will be considered under the Delhi Region Candidates and if your centre of examination is located outside NCT of Delhi, you will be considered under the Outside Delhi Region Candidates.
